云南传统土坯房采用高延性混凝土及钢框架修缮加固案例分析

Case Analysis on Repair and Reinforcement of Yunnan Traditional Adobe Houses with High Ductile Concrete and Steel Frame

通过对云南漾濞MS6.4级地震农村房屋进行震后评估,发现土坯房是造成云南地区人身财产安全损失的主要房屋类型,因此对现存土坯房进行加固尤其重要。文章针对云南省昆明市某农村土坯危房提出多种结构方案,并进行分析比较后,采用高延性混凝土对土坯墙进行加固,采用钢框架体系支撑屋盖,替换原有竖向传力体系,满足了结构的安全性和可靠性要求,保证了农村居民的居住安全。

Through the post-earthquake assessment of rural houses in Yangbi,Yunnan with a magnitude of MS6.4 earthquake,it is found that the adobe houses are the main types of houses causing personal and property safety losses in Yunnan.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the existing adobe houses.In this paper,a variety of structural schemes are proposed for a rural adobe dilapidated house in Kunming City,Yunnan Province.After analysis and comparison,high ductile concrete is used to reinforce the adobe wall,and the steel frame system is used to support the roof to replace the original vertical force transmission system,which meets the safety and reliability of the structure and ensures the living safety of rural residents.
