钢混组合梁混凝土现浇顶板支吊组合施工关键技术——以韩庄运河特大桥简支钢混组合梁工程为例

摘要 钢混组合梁混凝土顶板施工是钢混组合梁桥梁建设的关键技术之一,其难点在于钢混组合箱梁混凝土现浇顶板模板的支撑。文章结合韩庄运河特大桥简支钢混组合梁工程,提出了“一支,二吊”钢混组合梁混凝土现浇顶板模板施工关键技术,即箱梁内顶板采用支撑在梁内部的支架法施工,两箱梁之间顶板采用双拼工字钢悬吊法施工。该方法能够有效减少施工成本,提高施工效率,取得了良好的社会效益,为简支钢混组合梁现浇顶板支吊组合结构的技术推广应用提供有益参考。 Concrete roof construction of steel-concrete composite girder is one of the key technologies of steel-concrete composite girder bridge construction.The difficulty lies in the support of the concrete cast-in-place roof formwork of steel-concrete composite box girder.Combined with simply supported steel-concrete composite girder project of the extra-large bridge over Hanzhuang Canal,this paper puts forward the key technology for the construction of the concrete cast-in-place roof formwork of the steel-concrete composite girder with"one support,two hoisting",that is,the roof in the box girder is supported by the bracket method inside the girder,and the roof between two box girders is constructed by double I-steel suspension method.This method can effectively reduce the construction cost,improve the construction efficiency,and achieve good social benefits.It provides a useful reference for the technical popularization and application of cast-in-place roof support and hoisting composite structure of simply supported steel-concrete composite girders.
