摘要
平顺度高、稳定性好的轨道结构是保证高速列车便捷、准点、快速的基础,是提高人们出行效率、乘坐舒适度的前提。装配式预制板式无砟道岔轨道结构具备平顺精度高、稳定性好、维保便捷、绿色环保等优点,目前在我国上海、广州、西安等城市进行了小规模的探索和应用。然而,为保证轨道结构的施工精度,无疑需要采用一种高精度的轨道精密测控技术,保障轨道结构施工的各个环节能够满足精度要求。文章通过对装配式预制板道岔道床结构形式进行针对性分析,并系统地总结了预制道岔板道床高精度测控的方法与手段,深入探讨了自密实混凝土充填层的施工质量控制及配套工装研发。率先开展装配式预制板道岔道床轨道结构高精度施工技术的探索、研究、应用,示范引领作用明显,且能够显著提升现场施工质量与效率,同时也为该技术在城市轨道行业内的大规模、全国性推广奠定了坚实的基础。
The track structure with high smoothness and good stability is the foundation to ensure the convenience,punctuality and speed of high-speed trains,and the premise to improve people’s travel efficiency and riding comfort.The prefabricated slab ballastless turnout track structure has the advantages of high smoothness,good stability,convenient maintenance,and green environmental protection.At present,it has been explored and applied on a small scale in Shanghai,Guangzhou,Xi’an and other cities in China.However,the construction accuracy of track structure undoubtedly needs to adopt a high-precision track precision measurement and control technology to ensure that each link of the track structure construction can meet the accuracy requirements.Through the targeted analysis of the structural form of the prefabricated slab turnout track bed,this paper systematically summarizes the methods and means of high-precision measurement and control of prefabricated slab turnout track bed,and probes into the construction quality control of self-compacting concrete filling layer and the development of supporting tools.It is the first to carry out the exploration,research and application of the high-precision construction technology of the prefabricated slab turnout track bed track structure,and the demonstration and leading role is obvious,which can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of site construction,and also lay a solid foundation for the large-scale and nationwide promotion of this technology in the urban rail industry.
