学生日常事务管理作为辅导员工作职责之一,涵盖了学生日常事务的方方面面,其中因宿舍矛盾引发的管理困局普遍且直接。文章通过一则学生干部因宿舍关系紧张产生心理困扰,进而在规章制度意识淡薄驱使下,打算摆脱学校管理进行走读的案例,对学生日常管理教育关键点、突破点进行思考,为高职院校辅导员应对此类工作场景和问题时提供经验参考以及可行性建议,从而使辅导员队伍向专业化、职业化、专家化方向发展。

Students’daily affairs management,as one of duties of counselors,covers all aspects of students’daily affairs.Among them,the management dilemma caused by contradictions in the dormitory is common and direct.Through a case that a student cadre is psychological troubled due to the tension of dormitory relations,and then intends to get rid of school management for day study driven by the weak awareness of rules and regulations,the key points and breakthrough points of students’daily management and education are thought about in order to provide experience reference and feasible suggestions for counselors in higher vocational colleges to deal with such work scenarios and problems,so as to make the counselor team develop towards specialization,professionalism and expertization.
