武汉东湖碧波宾馆改造项目工程地质条件评价

摘要 在工程建设中,详实而全面地评价场地工程地质条件通常是确定工程地基基础类型、抗震措施及其他特殊处理措施的前提,也是决定工程造价非常重要的一个环节,工程地质条件不明造成的工程浪费或造价严重超预算现象屡见不鲜。文章以武汉东湖碧波宾馆改造项目工程地质条件为研究对象,对项目场地及周边自然地貌、区域地质构造进行了详细介绍,通过对各岩土层分布特点、不良地质及特殊性岩土、地表及地下水、场地地震等方面的综合分析,对工程场地进行了稳定性、适宜性和均匀性评价,并对场地地基及基础持力层的选择给出了合理建议,以期为该地区工程建设提供科学依据。 In engineering construction, the detailed and comprehensive evaluation of site engineering geological conditions is usually the premise to determine the type of engineering foundation, seismic measures and other special treatment measures, and it is also a very important link to determine the engineering cost. Engineering waste or cost seriously exceeding the budget caused by unknown engineering geological conditions are common. This paper takes the engineering geological conditions of Wuhan Donghu Bibo Hotel reconstruction project as the research object,and introduces the natural landform and regional geological structure of the project site and surrounding areas in detail. Through the comprehensive analysis of the distribution characteristics of each rock and soil layer, unfavorable geology and special rock and soil, surface and groundwater, site earthquake and other aspects, the stability, suitability and uniformity of the engineering site are evaluated, and reasonable suggestions for the selection of site foundation and foundation bearing layer are given, so as to provide scientific basis for the engineering construction in this region.
