摘要
钢筋绑扎胎架是预制构件钢筋工程精度控制的关键因素,文章设计研发了一套30 m预制T梁钢筋绑扎胎架设计、拼装及验收方法,在浙江省预制构件钢筋胎架现状调研基础上,通过理论分析和数值模拟确定了钢筋胎架关键精度控制参数,形成了钢筋胎架标准化设计图纸,给出了钢筋胎架拼装流程、验收要点,从而提高了预制构件钢筋工程的施工质量与工作效率。
Steel-binding tire frame is a key factor in the precision control of prefabricated components reinforcement engineering. This paper designs and develops a set of 30 m prefabricated T beam steel-binding tire frame design, assembly and acceptance methods. Based on the investigation of the current situation of prefabricated components steel tire frame in Zhejiang Province, the key precision control parameters of steel tire frame are determined through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The standardized design drawings of steel tire frame are formed, and the assembly process and acceptance points of steel tire frame are given, so as to improve the construction quality and work efficiency of prefabricated components reinforcement engineering.
