磁粉检测方法在液压震击器缺陷检测中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 液压震击器在钻井作业、卡钻事故处理中起着至关重要的作用,需要选择合适的方法对其进行周期检测,以确保它的安全性和可靠性。磁粉检测方法作为无损检测常规方法之一,非常适合压力容器等特种设备的检验,不仅能够在不损伤液压震击器的前提下快速开展检测任务,还能以较高精度对缺陷进行定位和定量。文章通过采用磁粉检测方法对在役2年的液压震击器进行检测,分析发现了3处裂纹缺陷,提出采用优化选择磁化设备、配置高流动性磁悬液、采用反差增强剂等手段,对液压震击器的生产和使用进行了优化,以供参考。 The hydraulic jar plays a vital role in drilling operation and sticking accident treatment. It is necessary to select appropriate methods for periodic detection to ensure its safety and reliability. As one of the conventional nondestructive detection methods, magnetic particle detection method is very suitable for the detection of special equipment such as pressure vessels. It can not only carry out the detection task quickly without damaging the hydraulic jar,but also locate and quantify the defects with high precision.In this paper, the magnetic particle detection method is used to detect the hydraulic jar in service for two years, and three crack defects are found. It is proposed to optimize the production and use of the hydraulic jar by means of optimal selection of magnetization equipment, configuration of high-fluidity magnetic suspensions, and use of contrast enhancers for reference.
