办好思想政治理论课关键在教师。建设一支高素质专业化思政课教师队伍,需要国家、高校和教师三方合力,共同推进。国家把控方向制定规划、高校健全机制落实制度、思政课教师自觉学习提升能力,“三位一体”共同提升“六要素养”,提高教师的整体素质。文章通过介绍高素质思政课教师队伍的六大核心素养,从国家、高校和教师三个层面重点探讨了思政课教师“六要素养”的具体培养路径,旨在打造高素质思政课教师队伍。

The key to running ideological and political theory courses well is teachers. The construction of a high-quality professional ideological and political teaching team needs the joint efforts of the state, universities and teachers to jointly promote. The state controls the direction to formulate plans, colleges and universities improve the mechanism to implement the system, and ideological and political teachers consciously learn to enhance their ability. "Trinity" jointly enhances the "six qualities", and improves the overall quality of teachers. By introducing the six core qualities of high-quality ideological and political teachers, this paper focuses on the specific training path of "six qualities" of ideological and political teachers from the three levels of the state, universities and teachers, aiming at creating high-quality ideological and political teachers.
