邻里中心设计要点探析——以(珠海)西湖湿地国际花园一期工程(1-03地块)为例

Analysis on the Design Points of Neighborhood Center——Taking (Zhuhai) West Lake Wetland International Garden Phase Ⅰ Project (Plot 1-03 ) as an Example

随着“社区生活圈”概念的应用,邻里中心逐渐受到关注,成为社区提升生活品质、营造幸福家门、构建生活共同体的重要载体,无论从技术方案还是实践路径而言邻里中心都处于初期发展阶段,有待积极探索和归纳总结。文章结合珠海市金湾区西湖湿地花园一期工程(1-03地块)实际项目案例,从交通组织、功能业态、空间尺度和界面设计四个方面来探讨邻里中心项目的设计创新,以供相关研究人员参考。

With the application of the concept of "community life circle", neighborhood center has gradually attracted attention and has become an important carrier for the community to improve the quality of life, create a happy home and build a living community. Neighborhood Center is in the initial stage of development whether from the technical scheme or the practical path, which needs to be actively explored and summarized. Based on the actual project case of West Lake Wetland Garden Phase I Project( plot 1-03) in Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, this paper discusses the design innovation of neighborhood center project from four aspects of traffic organization, functional format, spatial scale and interface design, so as to provide references for relevant researchers.
