壮医神龙灸对亚健康人群临床有效性分析

Clinical Efficacy of Zhuang Medicine Shenlong Moxibustion on Sub-healthy Population

目的:探究分析壮医神龙灸对亚健康人群的临床有效性。方法:选择2019年7月-2020年7月广西国际壮医医院健康体检结果提示为亚健康者80例,随机将其分成常规组与探究组,各40例,分别予以健康宣教及壮医神龙灸进行干预,测评两组干预前后心率、平衡度、疲劳度、生理及心理健康积分变化情况。结果:干预后,两组的心率、平衡度、疲劳度等指标均有改善,生理及心理健康积分均提升,但相较于较常规组,探究组的改善程度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:壮医神龙灸应用于亚健康人群可有效改善其心理压力大、疲劳等不良状况及生理、心理健康状况,临床应用有效性佳。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of Zhuang Medicine Shenlong moxibustion on sub-health population.Method:A total of 80 sub-healthy subjects were recruited from July 2019 to July 2020 according to the health examination results of Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital.They were randomly divided into routine group and exploration group,40 cases in each group.They were given health education and Zhuang Medicine Shenlong moxibustion intervention respectively,and the changes of heart rate,balance,fatigue,physical and mental health scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were evaluated.Result:After the intervention,the indexes of heart rate,balance and fatigue of the two groups were improved,and the scores of physical and mental health were increased,however,compared with the routine group,the improvement of the exploration group were more significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Zhuang Medicine Shenlong moxibustion in sub-health population can effectively improve their psychological stress,fatigue and other adverse conditions as well as their physical and mental health conditions,and the clinical application is effective.
