基于虚拟技术的脑部神经手术模拟

摘要 重点探讨3D虚拟技术辅助脑部神经手术模拟和实验。首先,利用图像空间表达的时间序列,基于配准转换算法将3D空间的医学影像统一配准至标准空间,再将标准空间下的数据反馈回源影像数据达到图像配准,提高图像精度。其次,由立体显示头戴式显示器(Head Mounted Display,HMD)设备呈现得到的精准图像,将立体显示HMD设备与自制的人机交互装置相结合。最后,通过MATLAB平台实现图像的计算。利用虚拟技术与图像处理技术可有效提升图像的精准度,当医生或医学生使用时可详细了解脑部,更精准地解决脑部疾病。针对患有脑部神经疾病的患者,利用3D虚拟技术辅助完成的手术时间短,可减少医用器械损耗,有利于提升医生或医学生的手术操作技术,且安全性较高。 This paper focuses on the application of 3D virtual technology in brain neurosurgery simulation and experiment. Firstly, the medical images in 3D space are uniformly registered to the standard space based on the registration conversion algorithm using the time series expressed in the image space, and then the data in the standard space are fed back to the source image data to achieve the image registration, improve Image accuracy. Secondly, accurate images from Head Mounted Display(HMD) Head-Mounted Display are combined with home-made human-computer interaction devices. Finally, the image is calculated by MATLAB platform. The use of virtual technology and image processing technology can effectively improve the accuracy of the image, when doctors or medical students can use a detailed understanding of the brain, more accurate to solve brain diseases. The operation time of 3D virtual technology for patients with cerebral nerve diseases is short, which can reduce the loss of medical instruments and improve the operation technique of doctors and medical students, and has high safety.
