基于多角度光照技术高速泡罩药品视觉检测系统设计

摘要 铝塑泡罩包装是目前主要的药品包装形式,为检测包装封合后可能发生的漏粒、缺损、药品表面污染等情况,本文采用视觉在线检测技术代替传统人工检测,设计了一套机器视觉实时异物检测系统。针对实际检测中药品包装表面复杂的反射情况,采用多角度光源设计,有效提高了系统稳定性。该系统检测速度达到400片/min、漏检率为0%、误判率小于0.5%,可满足包装流水线对缺陷检测精度和速度的要求。 Aluminum-plastic blister packaging is currently the main form of pharmaceutical packaging, in order to detect the possible leakage of particles, defects, drug surface contamination after sealing, this paper adopts vision online inspection technology instead of traditional manual inspection, and designs a machine vision real-time foreign body detection system. In view of the complex reflection of the drug package surface in the actual inspection, the multi-angle light source design is used to effectively improve the system stability. The system achieves a detection speed of 400 pieces/min, a leakage rate of 0%, and a misjudgment rate of less than 0.5%, which can meet the requirements of the packaging assembly line for defect detection accuracy and speed.
