电解液添加剂提升AGM起停电池关键性能的研究

摘要 从电解液添加剂入手,以6-QTF-80电池为代表,通过实验研究电解液添加剂对电池充电接受能力、低温冷起动性能、50%DOD循环寿命、高温自放电、高温水损耗等相关性能的影响,并筛选出具有最佳综合性能的电解液添加剂组合,以提升汽车起停用铅酸蓄电池的性能。 This paper starts with electrolyte additives,represented by 6-QTF-80 lead-acid battery,and studies the battery charge acceptance performance,low temperature cold start performance,50%DOD cycle life,high temperature self-discharge,high temperature water loss,etc.performance,and screen out the electrolyte additive combination with the best comprehensive performance to improve the performance of lead-acid batteries.
