介绍了超细玻璃纤维隔板成形工艺,解释了超细玻璃纤维隔板两面状态不同的原因,对隔板两面的进行了微观分析,对比了隔板两面的机械强度、吸液速率和吸液量,并探讨了包板方式对铅酸蓄电池性能的影响。
This paper describes the difference between the two sides of the AGM separator due to the production process of the separator.The microscopic analysis of the two sides of the AGM separator was carried out,and the mechanical strength,liquid absorption rate and absorption amount of the two sides of AGM separator were comparatively studied.The wrapping method of AGM separator during battery production was discussed.
