摘要
在现有起动用铅酸蓄电池技术的基础上,根据商用车的使用特点,对增强富液式商用车起动用蓄电池进行了系统设计。采用铅钙合金、连续冲孔工艺、放射状筋条结构的板栅,在添加4BS晶种和过硼酸钠正极添加剂,以及增加复合负极添加剂中炭黑和硫酸钡用量等。经台架试验表明,蓄电池产品性能达到或超出相关标准要求。
Based on the existing technology of starting lead-acid battery,according to the characteristics of commercial vehicles,the enhanced flooded lead-acid battery was designed.The grids were made from Pb-Ca alloy,continuous punching process and radial rib structure.4BS and NaBO?4(HO)were used as positive additives.the contents of carbon and BaSOin the composited negative additive were increased.The test showed that the performance of the battery met or exceeded the requirements of the relevant standards.
