摘要
为深化产教融合,构建校企合作育人机制,大力培育工匠精神已经成为开放大学创优提质的重要举措。贯彻落实好习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,开放大学应准确把握新时代工匠精神内涵,认识到工匠精神培育的必要性,通过构建校企双主体育人模式,建立校企人才互通机制,强化教师队伍的工匠精神培育能力,深化课程体系改革,以养成教育为载体,全员、全部门、全过程参与工匠精神培育,构建“学、研、赛、证”四位一体机制,建立满足产业工人终身学习需求的非学历培训体系。
To deepen the integration of industry and education,to build a school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism,cultivating craftsman spirit has become an important measure for Open University to achieve excellence and improve quality.Open University is required to conscientiously implement“Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”,accurately grasp the connotation of the craftsman spirit in the new era,and recognize the necessity of cultivating the craftsman spirit.Through the establishment of a university-enterprise dual education mode and a university-enterprise talent exchange mechanism to strengthen the teachers’ability to cultivate the craftsman spirit,deepening the reform of the curriculum system,taking cultivation education as the carrier,building a four-in-one mechanism of learning,research,competition and certification,and establishing a non-academic training system to meet the lifelong learning needs of industrial workers,the Open University can truly shoulder this glorious mission entrusted by the new era.
