摘要
目前信号集中监测系统、道岔缺口监测系统是2个不同的监测系统,各自只能监测道岔局部功能和性能,但都不能有效监测道岔主要部件伤损和折断。针对这个问题,研发道岔运维质量评价和预测分析系统。详细叙述系统总体架构、组成、功能、关键技术,并对系统功能开展测试试验。试验结果表明,系统结合信号集中监测系统和道岔缺口监测系统等实时监测数据,能预测分析道岔钢轨特性参数,准确判断道岔钢轨断裂、伤损发展趋势,并给出报警和预警信息,实现道岔运维质量综合监测、安全预警和健康评价。
The centralized signal monitoring system and the switch gap monitoring system are two different monitoring systems, each of which can only monitor the local function and performance of the switch, but cannot effectively monitor the damage and breakage of the switch rails parts. To address this issue, evaluation and predictive analysis systems for switch utilization and maintenance quality is developed. The overall structure, composition, function, and key technologies of the system are described in detail, and the function of the evaluation and predictive analysis system for switch utilization and maintenance quality is verified. The test results show that the system combined realtime monitoring data such as signal centralized monitoring system and turnout gap system, can predict and analyze the characteristic parameters of the switch rail, accurately judge the development trend of the fracture and damage of the switch rail, and give alarm and early warning information. to realize comprehensive monitoring, safety forewarning and health evaluation for switch utilization and maintenance quality.
