和谐型电力机车复合冷却器泄漏成因分析 被引量:1

摘要 在检修和谐型电力机车过程中,发现复合冷却器芯体经常泄漏。为了查明复合冷却器泄漏原因,从复合冷却器中取样,检查散热翅片外观和内腔污染情况。分解HX2C型电力机车复合冷却器芯体,分区取样后,切片检查,统计、分析和总结冷却器芯体腐蚀点数量、发生部位、腐蚀状态。结果表明,冷却器外表面电化学腐蚀是造成复合冷却器泄漏的主要原因。针对复合冷却器泄漏,提出改进措施建议。 It is found that the core of compound cooler often leaks in the process of repairing HX electric locomotive.In order to find out the cause of leakage of compound cooler, sample was taken from compound cooler to check the appearance and inner cavity pollution of heat dissipation fin. The compound cooler core body of HX2C electric locomotive is decomposed, cut into slices and checked. The number of corrosion points, occurrence sites and corrosion state of the core body of the cooler is made statistics analysis and summary. The results show that electrical-chemical corrosion on the outer surface of the compound cooler is the main cause of leakage. In view of the leakage of compound cooler, suggestions for improvement are put forward.
