摘要
阳离子强力包被抑制剂是以丙烯酰胺单体和阳离子单体采取反相乳液聚合而成是一种抑制性很强的乳液状阳离子聚合物,其分子量大,水溶性良好。现场应用试验表明,该产品有较强的抑制性,能快速对钻井过程中的粘土进行吸附和包被,抑制粘土水化分散;能有效降低钻井液固相含量,有利于井壁稳定和提高钻井速率;现场钻井液性能稳定,加入量少,维护简单,施工方便。
Cationic coating inhibitor was an emulsion cationic polymer with strong inhibition,which was obtained by inverse emulsion polymerization of acrylamide monomer and cationic monomer.It has high molecular weight and good water solubility.The field test showed that the product had strong inhibition,can quickly adsorb and coat clay in the drilling process and inhibit the hydration and dispersion of clay.It can effectively reduce the solid content of drilling fluid,which was beneficial to wellbore stability and increase drilling rate.The drilling fluid in this production site has the advantages of stable performance,small dosage,simple maintenance and convenient construction.
