摘要
2019年,在乌梁素海的水体中设置了20个采样点,采集湖水、浮游植物、浮游动物和底栖动物样品,测定乌梁素海水体的理化指标,统计浮游植物、浮游动物和底栖动物数量并鉴定其种类;采用层次分析法,利用2019年乌梁素海水体的8个理化指标和4个动植物结构指标,构建了乌梁素海水生态承载力评价指标体系,计算出各指标权重,综合评价乌梁素海的水生态承载力。研究结果表明,2019年,乌梁素海中植物和动物群落具有较高承载力,水环境处于中压状态,乌梁素海水生态系统具有良好的可承载能力。
From January to December 2019,20 sampling points were set up in the water bodies of Ulan Suhai Lake to collect samples of lake water,phytoplankton,zooplankton and zoobenthos,determine the physicochemical indicators of the water bodies of Ulan Suhai Lake,count the number of phytoplankton,zooplankton and zoobenthos and identify their species;using analytic hierarchy process method,the eight physicochemical indicators and four plant and animal structure indicators,the evaluation index system of water ecological carrying capacity of the Ulan Suhai Lake was constructed,and the weights of each indicator were calculated to comprehensively evaluate the water ecological carrying capacity of the Ulan Suhai Lake.The research results showed that the plant and animal community structure of the Ulan Suhai Lake in 2019had a high carrying capacity,the water environment was in a medium pressure state,and the water ecosystem of Ulan Suhai Lake had a good carrying capacity.
