应对台风影响的海岛微网群韧性全过程提升 被引量:7

Resilience Boosting Strategy for Island Microgrid Clusters Against Typhoons

摘要 台风等极端自然灾害频繁侵袭海岛群,严重威胁到海岛微网群安全可靠供电。为提升海岛微网群抵御台风灾害侵袭、增强微网群快速恢复供电能力,提出一种应对台风影响的海岛微网群韧性提升策略。针对海岛群及其微网系统进行统一建模;从线路故障率、负荷削减量、故障线路修复时间及岛屿负荷分布等构建海岛群韧性评估指标,借助该指标评估不同韧性提升策略对海岛微网群韧性的影响;分别通过灾前储能调度、灾中最优切负荷和灾后优化故障线路抢修顺序等策略,提升海岛微网群抵御台风灾害的韧性;通过算例对所提韧性提升策略有效性和经济性进行分析、验证,结果表明,所提韧性提升策略可增强海岛微网群抵御台风灾害的韧性。 Typhoon and other extreme natural disasters frequently attack island clusters, posing a serious threat to the security and reliability of island microgrid clusters. In order to enhance the resilience of island microgrid clusters against typhoon, this paper proposed a resilience enhancement strategy for island microgrid clusters to strengthen their resilience against typhoon. The models of the island clusters and their microgrids were firstly formulated. Then, a resilience metric of the island microgrid clusters, taking into account of the line failure rate, load shedding, repair time and load distribution,was developed to evaluate the performances of the different resilience enhancement strategies. Furthermore, the pre-typhoon energy storage scheduling, intra-typhoon optimal load shedding, and post-typhoon fault line repair sequence optimization were proposed to strengthen the resilience of island microgrid clusters against typhoon. Finally, the performances of the proposed resilience enhancement strategies were evaluated by the case studies. The results prove that the proposed resilience enhancement strategies can enhance the resilience of island microgrid clusters against typhoon.
