犬脑内动脉构筑的显微X线解剖学研究

摘要 犬脑11只,经生理盐水冲洗脑血管后,注入20%钡胶液,切成0.2~1.0厘米的厚片,用显微X线法研究犬脑内各级动脉的构筑,其结果:1.皮质动脉的管径平均为25.9±0.005微米,平均长度为888.0±0.241微米。其形态与发出部位有关,分别呈栅状和瓶刷状。2.髓质动脉的管径平均为49.9±0.007微米。呈直线或孤形向心走行。3.皮质下动脉的管径平均为38.7±0.009微米。呈新月形或蟹钳状分布。4.豆纹动脉和内囊动脉的平均管径为70.0±0.021微米。呈锐角、反血流方向发自母干,再呈“S”形上升。5.丘脑动脉的平均管径为63.7±0.019微米,主要从下方进丘脑,呈树枝状分支。 The architecture of intracerebral arteries were studied on thick sections (0.2-1cm), prepared from brains of 11 adult mongrel dogs after irrigation and fixation. The results are as follows. 1. The arteries of circulatory pathways of the cerebral surface: It branches from the anterior, middle and posterior cerebral arteries form a larger anastomsis of the circulatory pathway on the cerebral surface. They send out many fine branches form a pial arteries plexus within the pia. 2. The distribution of intracerebral arteries is classifical as 3 types. ( 1 ) The cortical arteries arise from the pial arteries plexus, penetrate into the cortex vertically and arrange regularly as a palisade. The averge caliber of the cortical arteries is 25.89 ±0.005μm with a length of 888.00 ±μ0.241μm. (2 ) The medullary arteries are larger than cortical arteries and pass directly through the cortex into medula. The averge caliber of the medullary arteries is 49.9 ±0.007μm. ( 3 ) The subcortical arteries are not so broad and long as medullary arteries, but their size is larger than cortical arteries, their averge caliber is 38.7 ± 0.009μm, they arise from the pial arteries plexus too and pass through the cortex. These arteries resemble a new moon in shape and distribute the subcortical strip. 3. The central arteries include arteries of the corpus striatum, internal capsule and thalamus. They penetrate into the base of the brain, fan out and the shape of "S" upward to respectively distributing in the corpus striatum, internal capsule and thalamus. The arteries fo the corpus striatum and internal capsule measure 70.0 ± 0.021μm in diameter and the thalamus 63.7 ±0.019μm.
