两蛇科毒蛇的毒腺γ-谷氨酰转肽酶组织化学的定位

摘要 我们进行眼镜蛇科与蝰蛇科蝰亚科的两种毒蛇:即中华眼镜蛇与罗氏蝰蛇的毒腺组织化学的酶的研究,发现γ-GT存在于大体标本及冰冻切片的腺体上皮层内,中华眼镜蛇腺体γ-GT酶染色强于蝰蛇。 We found the presence ofγ-Glutamyl Transpeptidasc ( γ GT, EC 2. 3. 2. 2. ) in the venom-glands of two species snakes, Chinese Cobra (Elapidae: Naja naja atra Cantor) and Russell’s viper (Viperidae: Viper a russelli siamesis Smith) with histochemical method on the well preserved intact cells and undamaged tissues of the venom-glands, the whole gland and its frozen slices were reacted by the substrate γ -Glutamyl- α-Naphthyamide and then slained by the fast blue B salt dye. It was found that all of the specimens were positive in contrast to all controls. The glandular Cells of Chinese cobra displayed rather intensive brown-red color than that of Russell’s viper. It demonstrated that the γ-GT were mainly located on the cell membrane of the venom-glands. The function of the enzyme γ-GT was discussed.
