摘要
石灰石中SiO_(2)的结晶状况与含量对生料易烧性及熟料烧成和质量的影响很大。本文选取塔牌集团文华矿山中有代表性的不同结晶SiO_(2)含量的石灰石,分析其化学成分及矿物组成、结晶状况,在生料同一细度及实验室电炉的烧制条件下,研究其对熟料烧成质量、胶砂强度和水化状况的影响,并从生料率值、使用矿化剂等方面提出优化措施。
The crystallization status and content of SiO_(2)in limestone have great influence on the burnability of raw meal and the sintering and quality of clinker.This paper selects representative limestones w ith different crystalline SiO_(2)contents from the Wenhua mine of Tapai Group,and analyzes its chemical composition,mineral composition,and crystallization status.Under the condition of the same fineness of raw meal and the sintering of electric furnace in laboratory,the effects of different contents of crystalline SiO_(2)on the sintering quality of clinker,the strength and hydration status of mortar were studied.The optimization measures were put forward from the aspects of raw meal rate and the use of mineralizer.
