导师制下校企协同培养创新创业人才实践路径研究

Research on the Practice Path of School-enterprise Collaborative Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents under the Tutor System

当前我国高校普遍实行导师制,但面对新时代下创新创业人才的新需求,高校如何发挥自身优势,充分利用校内外教育资源,又快又好地提升创新创业人才的质量和效果是一个值得思考和研究的问题。将导师制与校企协同育人相结合是培养高校创新创业人才十分可行又有效的重要途径。本文围绕创新创业人才的培养问题,分析了导师制下实现校企协同培养创新创业人才的价值与意义,总结了当前高校在导师制下存在的问题,并就问题提出了实现导师制和校企协同育人的实践路径,以期为相关研究提供参考和借鉴。

At present, colleges and universities in my country generally implement the tutor system. However, in the face of the new demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the new era, how colleges and universities give full play to their own advantages, make full use of educational resources inside and outside the school, and improve the quality and effect of innovative and entrepreneurial talents quickly and well is a question worthy of consideration and study. Combining the tutor system with school-enterprise collaborative education is a very feasible and effective way to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities. Focusing on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, this paper analyzes the value and significance of realizing school-enterprise collaborative training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents under the tutor system, summarizes the current problems existing in colleges and universities under the tutor system, and proposes the realization of the tutor system and the school-enterprise system. The practice path of collaborative education is expected to provide reference and reference for related research.
