摘要
实现“职业性”与“高等性”“教育性”的有机融合是高职院校构建高水平现代学徒制课程的关键。通过对以学生成长为中心,实行差异化教学;以终身教育为指引,促进可持续发展;以职业发展为主线,服务全方位发展的有机融合,明确高职院校现代学徒制课程构建的实践逻辑,对促进现代学徒制课程实施,保障现代学徒制人才培养质量具有重要作用。
Achieving the organic integration of “professionalism” and “higher nature” and “educational nature” is the key to the construction of high-level modern apprenticeship courses in higher vocational colleges. By the organic integration of focusing on the growth of students and implementing differentiated teaching, promoting sustainable development under the guidance of lifelong education, integrating career development as the main line and serving all-round development, this paper clarifies the practical logic of the construction of modern apprenticeship courses in higher vocational colleges. It plays an important role in promoting the implementation of modern apprenticeship courses and guaranteeing the quality of modern apprenticeship personnel training.
