立足提高学生应用能力的高校英语翻译教学研究

Research on English Translation Teaching Based Improving Students’ Application Ability

翻译的目的在于促使两种语言体系能够基于翻译媒介实现相互理解,并准确还原和表达出内容的真实性。翻译教学是高校英语教学体系中重要的组成部分,很多应用型高校极为重视英语翻译课程,但是依然有部分高校在教学理念、教学方法上所呈现出的教学效果并不凸显。为此,高校需要结合翻译教学从以下层面分析:一是对英语翻译在实际教学过程中效果不凸显的根源性分析;二是探究如何更好地展开翻译教学;三是对提升学生实践应用能力的相关思考。

The purpose of translation is to promote the two language systems to realize mutual understanding based on the translation media, and to accurately restore and express the authenticity of the content. Translation teaching is an important part of the English teaching system in colleges and universities. Many applied-oriented universities attach great importance to English translation courses, but still some colleges and universities do not highlight their teaching effects in teaching concepts and teaching methods. Therefore, universities need to analyze the translation teaching from the following levels: the first is to analyze the insignificant effect of English translation in the actual teaching process;the second is to explore how to better develop the translation teaching;the third is to think on improving students’ practical application ability.
