摘要
随着分布式电源和电力电子设备接入电网的比例越来越高,配电网所面临的环境日趋复杂,需构建能够有效抵御各种长短期故障的新型配电网。为此,针对配电网运行韧性的概念、内涵及其提升策略进行了综述和探讨。首先,根据故障时间尺度对扰动冲击进行分类,提出了应对短尺度冲击的配电网运行韧性概念。其次,基于随机扰动与波动作用下的电压特征分析和多种调控手段下的暂态交互机理分析,梳理了配电网运行韧性评估指标与评估方法。在此基础上,给出了新型配电网运行韧性的提升方法。最后,展望了配电网运行韧性的未来研究方向。
With the increasing proportion of distributed generations and power electronic equipment connected to the power grid, the environment faced by distribution network is becoming more and more complex. It is urgent to construct a novel distribution network that is able to effectively resist various long-term and short-term faults. Under the context, this paper analyses and discusses the basic concept, connotation and the strategy of resilience improvement of operation resilience of distribution network. Firstly, the disturbance impacts are classified according to the fault time scale, and the concept of operation resilience of distribution network dealing with short-scale impact is proposed. Secondly, starting with the analysis method of voltage fluctuation characteristics under random disturbance and fluctuation and the analysis of transient interaction mechanism of various regulation means, the research on operation resilience evaluation index and evaluation method is carried out. On this basis, the improvement strategy of distribution network operation resilience is prospected. Finally,prospects on research directions of operation resilience are made.
