摘要
本文是用银染技术对正常狗的骨髓细胞、外周血淋巴细胞和肺成纤维细胞染色体的核仁组织者的观察结果。 1.带有银染阳性的核仁组织者(Ag—NORs)染色体的数目为3—6条;2.Ag—NORs出现的部位均在染色体长臂之末端;3.在带有Ag—NORs的3—6条染色体中,一对为较大的染色体,一对为中等大小的染色体和一对较小的染色体。在后两对染色体中,常常只有其中一条同源染色体呈银染阳性。此外还观察到Ag—NORs的各种联合观象。
This paper describes observation on nucleolus organizer regions in normal doge’ bone marrow cells, peripheral blood lymphocytes and lumg;cells by Ag-AS method. The results are as follows: 1. The number of chromosomes with Ag-NORs were 3-6 . 2. Ag-NORs invariably cluster at the terminal of long arms. 3. The 3- 6 Ag-NORs-bearing chromosomes were predominantly located on three pairs of chromosomes, among them one pair is large, one pair is middle-sized, and the another pair is small. The latter two pairs were usually stained with one arm only. Besides, Ag-NORs associations of various types were observed.
