紫外光对大白鼠红细胞膜γ—射线损伤的恢复效应

摘要 本文研究了紫外光对细胞膜γ射线损伤的恢复作用。结果发现:经γ射线300Gy照射后再经紫外光照射5分钟的大白鼠红细胞悬浮液,不但不会加强细胞膜的损伤,反而对细胞膜有明显的恢复作用。经统计学处理有显著差别(P<0.05)。 实验还进一步证明:红细胞悬浮液经γ射线或紫外光照射后,在低温中释放的血红蛋白量与照射剂量成正比关系。可作为辐射(包括电离辐射或非电离辐射)对细胞膜损伤的一个方便易行的检查指标。 Recovery effect of ultraviolet light on the cell membrane: damage of rat crythroe vies in vitro was studied. Blood samples taken from the rat was ccntrifuged to separate blood cells from the plasma. The cells were washed twice with isotoaic saline, resuspen-ded in normal saline and irradiated. The cell saspensions were exposed to ultraviolet light 5 min 10-20 min, after γ-irradiation with 60Co r-ray then kept at 5℃for 20 hours and centrifuged. The hemoglobin of the supernatants was determinod . The main reselts obtained may be summarized as follows. Ultraviolet light decreases radiation-induccd hemolysis. The cell suspension ot rat crythrocytes exposed to ultraviolet ligh 5 min 10-20 min niter irradiation with 300Gy, the radiation-induced hemolysis decreased twiee more than that of the control. However, the differences between control and ultraviolet light treated ones are statistically significant (P<0.05).
