稀硫酸预处理泥炭酶解发酵产乙醇研究

摘要 将草本泥炭用稀硫酸预处理后,经纤维素酶酶解、酵母发酵产乙醇,通过单因素实验和正交实验优化发酵工艺。确定最佳发酵工艺为:酵母加量0.15%、发酵液pH值4.0、发酵温度38℃、发酵时间54 h,在此条件下,草本泥炭发酵产乙醇的酒精度可达到3.82%vol。 After being pretreated with dilute sulfuric acid,herbaceous peat was digested with cellulase,and fermented by yeast to produce ethanol.Moreover,the fermentation process was optimized by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The optimum fermentation process can be determined as follows:the yeast dosage of 0.15%,the pH value of fermentation broth of 4.0,the fermentation temperature of 38℃,and the fermentation time of 54 h.Under above conditions,the alcoholicity of ethanol-production by fermentation of herbaceous peat can reach 3.82%vol.
