摘要
介绍了带蓄能器的车载液压发电系统,推导了带蓄能器模块的泵控马达的局部回路数学模型,并根据控制理论进行了分析。分析结果表明:蓄能器模块起到了提高变量泵流量增益的作用。运用AMESim软件建立了车载液压发电系统的仿真模型,并通过实验数据验证了仿真模型的准确性。在此仿真模型的基础上,分别研究了蓄能器的初始容积、蓄能器的预充压力、换向阀的换向频率、换向阀阀口压差流量特性以及恒压变量泵的设定压力对发电指标的影响。仿真结果表明:适当提高以上参数的数值,可以改善发电指标。研究结果可为该类型的车载液压发电系统的进一步改进提供一定依据。
This paper introduces the vehicle hydraulic power generation system based on accumulator, deducing and analyzing mathematical model of pump-motor loop with accumulator module. The results show that the accumulator module can improve the flow gain of the variable displacement pump. Then the paper establishes the simulation model of vehicle hydraulic power generation system with AMESim software and verifying the accuracy of the simulation model through the experimental results. Based on the simulation model, the parameters of the initial volume of the accumulator, the precharge pressure of the accumulator, the frequency of the directional valve, the pressure flow characteristics of the directional valve and the set pressure of the constant pressure variable displacement pump are studied. The simulation results show that the power generation index can be improved by appropriately increasing the above parameters. The research results can provide a certain basis for the further improvement of this type of vehicle hydraulic power generation system.
