摘要 该文阐述了全液压优先转向系统的构成及原理,分析了全液压优先转向系统的特点,完成了某型矿用支架搬运车负载敏感全液压优先转向系统的设计,详细分析了系统功能与不同工况下的液压回路工作原理,完成了系统压力的优化设计,满足了该型支架搬运车的性能要求,为该类型结构设备的转向系统设计提供了参考。 The paper expounds the composition and principle of full hydraulic priority steering system. It makes an analysis of full hydraulic priority steering system’s characteristics. A type of load sensing full hydraulic priority steering system of the chock carrier is designed. It makes an analysis of the the system function and the hydraulic circuit working principle under different working conditions in details.The optimization design of system pressure is completed. The full hydraulic priority steering system meets the performance requirement of the chock carrier.The paper provides a reference for the steering system design of this type of structural equipment.
