特大桥主墩承台无底钢板桩围堰施工关键技术

摘要 以中山东环高速公路香山大桥为例,对钢板桩围堰系统的设计与施工、超大规模深基坑分层开挖与防护、水下封底与干封底施工、承台系梁围堰体系转换等承台无底钢板桩围堰施工关键技术进行详细研究,并将研究成果成功应用于香山大桥民众侧主墩承台施工,可为后续类似工程施工提供参考。 Taking the Xiangshan Bridge of the Zhongshan East Ring Expressway as an example,the design and construction of the steel sheet pile cofferdam system,the layered excavation and protection of the super-large deep foundation pit,the construction of underwater bottom sealing and dry bottom sealing,the capping beam cofferdam The key technologies for the construction of bottomless steel sheet pile cofferdams on caps such as system conversion are studied in detail,and the research results have been successfully applied to the construction of the main pier caps on the public side of the Xiangshan Bridge,which can provide a reference for the subsequent construction of similar projects.
