广州市滨水工业遗产整体保护探索--基于上海、北京、成都的经验

Exploration on the Overall Preservation of Guangzhou’s Waterfront Industrial Heritage: Based on the Experience of Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu

从广州滨水工业遗产保护利用的整体谋划、管理制度及机制和多方参与等方面出发,着重探索了滨水地区高质量发展和工业遗产保护协同推进的难点及其解决路径。广州等超大城市滨水工业区因其工业遗产类型的复杂性与综合性,需要与时俱进地对重工业、轻工业及其运输设施等遗存开展分类讨论和探索。论文基于上海、北京、成都等工业遗产案例的经验总结和比较,从滨水地区整体层面和工业建筑物、构筑物类型差异等角度,提出滨水工业遗产整体保护的规划管理和政策思考。

Starting from the overall planning, management system and mechanism and multi-party participation in the preservation and utilization of Guangzhou’s waterfront industrial heritage, this paper focuses on exploring the difficulties and solutions to the coordinated promotion of high-quality development of the waterfront areas and the preservation of industrial heritage. Due to the complexity and comprehensiveness of the industrial heritage types in the waterfront industrial areas in Guangzhou and other megacities, it is necessary to carry out classified discussions and exploration on the remains of the heavy and light industries and their transportation facilities in order to keep pace with the times. Based on the experience of and comparison with the case-studies of Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu, this paper puts forward planning management and policy suggestions concerning the overall preservation of waterfront industrial heritage from the perspectives of the overall level of waterfront areas as well as the differences in the types of industrial buildings and structures.
