大数据背景下水利企业财务信息化建设探析--以安徽省引江济淮集团有限公司为例

Analysis on the Financial Informatization Construction of Water Conservancy Enterprises Under the Background of Big Data: Taking Anhui Yinjiang Jihuai Group Co.,LTD.as an Example

数字经济时代加强水利企业财务管理信息化建设不仅可以推进项目工程进行,还有利于企业运营绩效的提升。在分析水利企业财务信息化建设必要性与重要性的基础上,立足安徽省引江济淮集团财务信息化建设的主要举措,从信息系统和平台开发利用程度不够、信息化建设对数据收集与企业决策的支撑力度不够以及缺乏财务与信息技术的复合型人才等角度探究了水利企业在财务信息化建设过程中的问题与不足,并从人才建设、系统构建、技术学习等方面提出相应的政策建议,努力为水利企业的财务效率提升与高质量发展提供思路借鉴。

Strengthening the informatization construction of financial management of water conservancy enterprises in the digital age can not only promote the progress of projects, but also help improve the operation performance of enterprises.Based on the analysis of the necessity and importance of the financial informatization construction of water conservancy enterprises, this paper is based on the main measures of the financial informatization construction of Yinjiang Jihuai Group in Anhui Province.This paper probes into the problems and shortcomings in the process of financial informatization construction of water conservancy enterprises from the perspectives of insufficient development and utilization of information system and platform, insufficient support of informatization construction for data collection and enterprise decision-making, and lack of versatile talents in finance and information technology.It puts forward corresponding policy suggestions from the aspects of talent construction, system construction and technology learning, and strives to provide ideas for reference for the improvement of financial efficiency and high-quality deve-lopment of water conservancy enterprises.
