强脉冲激光治疗睑板腺功能障碍相关性干眼的疗效及其对视觉质量的影响

Curative effect of intense pulse laser on dry eye related to meibomian gland dysfunction and its effect on visual quality

目的:探讨强脉冲激光治疗睑板腺功能障碍相关性干眼的疗效及其对视觉质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析206例睑板腺功能障碍相关性干眼患者资料,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组(睑板腺按摩及药物滴眼治疗,n=97)和观察组(睑板腺按摩及药物滴眼治疗联合强脉冲激光治疗,n=109)。比较两组疗效及治疗前后眼部功能、症状和炎症水平变化。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者睑板腺功能、干眼相关指标、视觉质量及炎症因子水平较治疗前均有改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强脉冲激光治疗睑板腺功能障碍相关性干眼的疗效显著,可显著提升患者睑板腺功能,改善干眼症状,抑制眼表炎症水平,提升患者视觉质量。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of intense pulse laser on dry eye related to meibomian gland dysfunction and its effect on visual quality.Methods:The data of 206 patients with dry eye related to meibomian gland dysfunction were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=97,meibomian gland massage and drug eye drops)and observation group,(n=109,intense pulse laser on basis of control group).The curative effect,changes of ocular function,symptoms and inflammation before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,total response rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,meibomian gland function,dry eye-related indexes,visual quality and inflammatory factors in both groups were improved,which were better in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of intense pulse laser is significant on dry eye related to meibomian gland dysfunction,which can significantly improve meibomian gland function and dry eye related symptoms,inhibit ocular surface inflammation and improve visual quality.
