结直肠癌患者血清miRNA-497、miRNA-30a-5p的表达及临床意义

Expression of serum miRNA-497 and miRNA-30a-5p in patients with colorectal cancer and their clinical significance

目的探讨结直肠癌患者血清miRNA-497、miRNA-30a-5p的表达及临床意义。方法选取120例结直肠癌患者作为观察组,另选取120例同时期进行健康体检的健康者作为对照组,检测两组研究对象血清miRNA-497、miRNA-30a-5p相对表达量,分析其相对表达量与临床特征的关系。采用Pearson相关分析法分析临床特征与血清miRNA-497、miRNA-30a-5p相对表达量的相关性。结果观察组患者血清miRNA-497、miRNA-30a-5p相对表达量均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。不同分化程度、TNM分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移情况结直肠癌患者血清miRNA-497相对表达量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);不同分化程度、TNM分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移、脉管浸润情况结直肠癌患者血清miRNA-30a-5p相对表达量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。miRNA-497相对表达量与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、分化程度、浸润深度均呈负相关(P﹤0.05),miRNA-30a-5p相对表达量与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、分化程度、脉管浸润、浸润深度均呈负相关(P﹤0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者血清miRNA-497、miRNA-30a-5p呈异常表达,其水平高低可反映病情严重程度和肿瘤恶性情况,可作为临床诊断的指标。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum miRNA-497 and miRNA-30a-5p in patients with colorectal cancer.Method A total of 120 patients with colorectal cancer were selected as the observation group,and another 120 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The relative expression levels of miRNA-497 and miRNA-30a-5p in the serum of the two groups of subjects were detected.The relationship between their relative expression and clinical characteristics was analyzed.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between clinical features and the relative expression levels of serum miRNA-497 and miRNA-30a-5p.Result The relative expressions of serum miRNA-497 and miRNA-30a-5p in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The relative expression of serum miRNA-497 in colorectal cancer patients with different degrees of differentiation,TNM stages,depth of invasion,and lymph node metastasis were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The relative expression of serum miRNA-30a-5p in colorectal cancer patients with different degrees of differentiation,TNM stages,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,and vascular invasion were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The relative expression of miRNA-497 was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,differentiation degree,and depth of invasion(P<0.05).The relative expression of miRNA-30a-5p was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,differentiation degree,vascular invasion,and depth of invasion(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum miRNA-497 and miRNA-30a-5p were abnormally expressed in patients with colorectal cancer,and their levels could reflect the disease severity and tumor malignancy,and could be used as indicators for clinical diagnosis.
