115例单节段退行性腰椎管狭窄症术后患者心理弹性与其RHDS评分的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between psychological Resilience and RHDS Score in 115 Patients with single-level degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis after Operation

目的分析单节段退行性腰椎管狭窄症(DLSS)术后患者心理弹性与其出院准备度的相关性。方法抽样选取河南省人民医院2021年1月至2021年12月期间接收的115例单节段DLSS术后患者作为研究对象,通过Connor和Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、出院准备度量表(RHDS)判定心理弹性与出院准备度现况,利用Pearson系数分析CD-RISC与RHDS相关性。结果CD-RISC评分为(56.14±5.19)分,平均分值由高到低依次为力量、乐观、坚韧;RHDS评分为(141.57±10.65)分,平均分值由高到低为应对能力、个人状态、疾病知识、预期性支持;经Pearson分析结果显示,CD-RISC中力量、乐观、坚韧、总分与RHDS中应对能力、个人状态、疾病知识、预期性支持总分呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单节段DLSS术后患者心理弹性、出院准备度均处于中等水平,且两者之间呈正相关,临床可通过改善心理弹性提高出院准备度。

Objective To analyze the correlation between psychological resilience and RHDS score in patients with singlelevel degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis(DLSS)after operation.Methods A total of 115 patients with single segment DLSS received by Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as study subjects.The current status of psychological resilience and readiness for hospital discharge was determined by Connor and Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and readiness for hospital discharge scale(RHDS).The correlation between CD-RISC and RHDS was analyzed by Pearson coefficient.Results The CD-RISC score was(56.14±5.19),and the average scores from high to low were strength,optimism and tenacity;RHDS score was(141.57±10.65),and the average score from high to low was coping ability,personal status,disease knowledge,and expectant support;Pearson analysis showed that the total scores of strength,optimism,tenacity and resilience in CD-RISC were positively correlated with the total scores of coping ability,personal status,disease knowledge and expectant support in RHDS,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion psychological resilience and readiness for hospital discharge of patients after single segment DLSS are in the middle level,and there is a positive correlation between them.Clinical patients can improve their discharge readiness by improving their readiness for hospital discharge.
