蛋白琥珀酸铁联合右旋糖酐铁片在妊娠期贫血患者中的应用

Application of Iron Protein Succinate Combined with Iron Dextran Tablets in Patients with Anemia during Pregnancy

目的分析蛋白琥珀酸铁联合右旋糖酐铁片在妊娠期贫血患者中的应用效果。方法选2019年8月至2021年1月许昌市第三人民院收治的87例妊娠期贫血患者进行研究,按照随机数表法分组。对照组(43例)使用蛋白琥珀酸铁治疗,观察组(44例)在此基础上联合右旋糖酐铁片治疗,比较血常规指标、不良反应。结果治疗前平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后MCV、MCH、Hb水平均高于治疗前,RDW水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组均较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、观察组治疗有效率分别为79.07%、95.45%,组间比较,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组转铁蛋白饱和度(TS)、血清铁(SI)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项指标均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4+水平明显高于对照组,CD8+水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论治疗妊娠期贫血患者,在蛋白琥珀酸铁基础上,联合右旋糖酐铁片,能有效改善患者血常规检查指标水平,且两种药物联合使用不会增加患者不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of protein iron succinate combined with iron dextran tablets in patients with anemia during pregnancy.Methods The 87 patients with anemia during pregnancy admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Xuchang City from August 2019 to January 2021 were selected for this study and divided into groups according to the random number table method.The control group(43 cases)was treated with ferric protein succinate,and the observation group(44 cases)was treated with iron dextran tablets on this basis.The blood routine indexes and adverse reactions were compared.Results There were no significant differences in mean red blood cell volume(MCV),mean hemoglobin volume(MCH),red blood cell volume distribution width(RDW),and hemoglobin(Hb)levels between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of MCV,MCH,and Hb were higher than those before treatment,and the level of RDW was lower than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 79.07%and 95.45%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TSAT,SI,and SF levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of CD4+in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the level of CD8+was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of anemia patients during pregnancy,iron succinate combined with iron dextran tablets can effectively improve the level of blood routine examination indicators of patients,and the combination of the two drugs will not increase the adverse reactions of patients.
