CNP模式的健康宣教在脑梗死后偏瘫患者中的应用观察

Observation on the Application of Health Education of CNP Model in Patients with Hemiplegia after cerebral Infarction

目的探究临床护理路径(CNP)的健康宣教在脑梗死后偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2021年1月至2021年12月收治的110例脑梗死后偏瘫患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组55例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,给予CNP模式的健康宣教。观察组两组依从性、Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分及护理满意度。结果观察组依从性(96.36%)高于对照组(76.36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后与对照组相比,观察组FMA、BI、SS-QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(98.18%)高于对照组(81.82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CNP模式的健康宣教可提高脑梗死后偏瘫患者依从性,促进肢体功能好转,增强生活活动能力,提高生活质量,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of health education of clinical nursing path(CNP)in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 110 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 55 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given CNP health education on the basis of the control group.Compliance,Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA),Barthel index(BI),stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The compliance of the observation group(96.36%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.36%)(P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the scores of FMA,BI,SS-QOL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group(98.18%)was higher than that in the control group(81.82%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education of CNP model can improve the compliance of hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction,promote the improvement of limb function,enhance the ability of life activities,improve the quality of life,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
