摘要
目的本文旨在分析赋能教育模式健康教育应用于乳腺癌植入式静脉输液港(PORT)化疗患者的效果。方法选择2019年1月至2021年12月郑州市第三人民医院收治的96例乳腺癌化疗患者,根据随机数表法实施分组,其中参照组48例,行常规健康教育,试验组48例,予以赋能教育模式健康教育。观察并对比两种健康教育模式的应用效果。结果干预后,两组癌症患者自我管理效能问卷(SUPPH)、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)各项评分均高于干预前,且试验组指标高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组PORT相关不良事件发生率较参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赋能教育模式健康教育可促进乳腺癌PORT化疗患者自我管理效能感的显著提高,且有利于改善患者自我护理能力,并减少PORT相关不良事件。
Objective This paper aims to analyze the effect of health education with enabling education model applied to patients with breast cancer undergoing PORT chemotherapy.Methods A total of 96 patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy in the Third People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table.Among them,48 patients in the reference group received routine health education,and 48 patients in the test group received health education in the enabling education mode.The application effects of the two health education models were observed and compared.Results After intervention,the scores of SUPPH and ESCA of cancer patients in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the indexes in the test group were higher than those in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of PORT related adverse events in the test group was lower than that in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education with enabling education model can significantly improve self-management efficacy of breast cancer patients undergoing PORT chemotherapy,improve their self-care ability,and reduce PORT related adverse events.
