社区服务站规范化管理模式对社区高血压患者的血压控制及并发症的影响

Influence of Standardized Management Mode of Community Service Station on Blood Pressure Control and Complications of Hypertension Patients in Community

目的分析社区服务站规范化管理模式对社区高血压患者的影响。方法选取郑州市第九人民医院和平新村社区2020年8月至2022年1月81例患有高血压的患者,根据社区服务站管理方法不同分为研究组(N=41)和常规组(N=40)。常规组采用常规社区服务站管理,研究组采用社区服务站规范化管理,比较两组血压水平、自我管理行为、生活质量、并发症。结果研究组管理3个月、管理6个月舒张压、收缩压水平与常规组比较较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自我管理行为、生活质量评分较常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区服务站规范化管理模式可提升社区高血压患者自我行为管理能力,控制其血压水平,改善其生活质量,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To analyze the influence of the standardized management mode of community service stations on patients with hypertension in the community.Methods The 81 patients with hypertension in Heping New VillageCommunity of Zhengzhou Ninth People’s Hospital from August 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a study group(N=41)and a routine group(N=40)according to different management methods of community service stations.The routine group received routine community management of the community service station,while the study group received standardized management of the community service station.Blood pressure level,self-management behavior,quality of life,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the routine group after 3 months and 6 months of management,and the differences were statistically(P<0.05).The self-management behavior and the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The standardized management model of community service stations can improve the self-behavior management ability of hypertension patients in the community,control their blood pressure level,improve their quality of life,and reduce the risk of complications.
