摘要
云南省自2017年开展矿业权人勘查开采信息工作以来,在提高政府监管效能、强化企业信用约束、建立公开透明的市场规则、扩大社会监督等方面取得了显著成效,为改进信息公示工作方法,提升监管效能,本文通过总结全省2017-2021年信息公示工作情况,针对云南省自开展该项工作以来实践中存在的问题,从完善制度和优化系统方面提出一些应对思路。
The significant effects have been achieved in improvement of government supervision efficiency,stren gthening the restrain of enterprise credit,set up open,transparent market rule,broaden social control,ec,since carried out mining right holder exploration mining information publication 2017.In order to improve information publication method and supervision efficiency,in this paper,we aim at the problem in practice since 2017 put forward a series corresponding view points based on summing up Yunnan information publication works in 2017-2021.
