摘要
工程材料及机械制造基础课程是介绍工程材料及其加工工艺的综合课程,具有知识点多、实践性强等特点.以焊接接头组织与性能知识点为基础,提出“以点带面”的教学方法.该教学方法将相关基础理论知识、实验以及工程实践内容有机融合,使各章节知识点之间的联系更加紧密.该教学方法改革有利于加深学生对理论知识的理解和掌握,促进学生将理论知识转向实践应用,提高学生的工程意识与职业素养,也对相关课程的教学提供了新思路与新的方向.
Engineering materials and fundamentals of mechanical manufacturing is the course that introduces engineering materials and their processing technology.It has the characteristics of many knowledge points and strong practicality.Based on the knowledge of welded joint structure and performance,the teaching method of point to area is put forward.The contents related to basic theoretical knowledge,experiment and engineering training are organically integrated under this teaching method,so as to make the connection between the knowledge points of each chapter closer.This teaching method reform is beneficial to deepen students′ understanding and mastery of theoretical knowledge,promote students to turn theoretical knowledge to practical application,improve students′ engineering consciousness and professional quality,and also provide new ideas and new directions for the teaching of relevant courses.
