日本大学学位服的使用与分类特点

进入21世纪以来,在多数日本大学的毕业典礼中,男性普遍穿西装,女性则穿和服中的袴装与振袖。虽然日本不少大学已设计并使用自己的学位服,但整体仍保持极大的自主性。日本大学采用学位服包括三种取向:全校统一样式,按学位层次区分,按院系/学科区分。校级领导和教授学位服的使用则包括全体校级领导和教授统一款式、按最终学位学科划分、按职位划分、使用毕业院校学位服四种。日本大学学位服多用于重大仪式,但呈现出大学自主性强、学生使用率低、国际化大学使用率高三个特点。

Since the 21st century,in most of graduation ceremonies in Japan,men usually wear suits,while women wear hakama and furisode.Nowadays,many universities design and use their own academic dress,but the overall still maintain a great degree of autonomy.Japanese universities adopt academic dress including three kinds of orientation:by uniform style for the whole school,by degree level or by department/discipline.And the use of academic dress for administrators and professors includes four types:same style for all administrators and professors,according to the final degree discipline,according to the position,or using the academic dress of the university they graduated from.Japanese academic gown is mostly used for major ceremonies.However,it has three characteristics:high diversity,low proportion of students and high proportion of international universities.
