摘要
轮毂轴承摩擦力矩降阻是燃油车和新能源车的共同发展趋势。研究团队以某型轮毂轴承为研究对象,通过台架试验对轮毂轴承摩擦力矩的影响因素进行了试验分析及显著性研究。试验结果证实:装配游隙、轴承油脂、密封圈材料、密封圈油脂、接触表面处理属于要因,而滚道精度和轴承结构参数属于非要因。在定量分析摩擦力矩占比的基础上,以1 N·m为优化目标对轮毂轴承进行摩擦力矩降阻研究,试验证实轴承油脂、内侧密封圈和外侧密封圈改进的降阻效果相当且较大,而装配游隙的降阻效果相对较小。本研究为乘用车轮毂轴承摩擦力矩降阻实用化研究提供了指导方向。
The reduction of hub bearing friction torque is a common development trend of fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles.The research team took a certain type of hub bearing as the research object,the influencing factors on friction torque were analyzed and the significance research were carried out through bench test.The results confirmed that assembly clearance,bearing grease,ring material,ring grease,and contact surface treatment are significant factors,while the geometrical accuracy of raceway and the structural parameters of hub bearing are non-essential factors.Based on quantitative analysis of the proportion of friction torque,the reduction study of hub bearing friction torque with 1 N·m as the optimization target was carried out.The tests confirmed that bearing grease,inner ring and outer ring have equivalent and large effects on friction torque reduction,while the resistance reduction effect of assembly clearance is relatively small.This research provides a guiding direction for the practical research on the friction torque reduction of hub bearings of passenger cars.
