摘要
多楔带轮作为机械传动的一个重要组成部分,在机械传动中得到普遍应用,特别在汽车行业中应用极为广泛。传统的多楔带轮一般采用铸造、锻造方式,再通过机加工完成,生产效率低,浪费材料,而且重量重,需要做动平衡。而运用旋压工艺制造多楔带轮一般采用SPHE、08AL钢板材料,通过自动落料、拉伸、整形、旋压、冲孔、机加工等工序完成,生产效率高,成本低,重量轻,而且动平衡量很小,所以无需做动平衡,优势显著。研究团队介绍了两种旋压多楔带轮工艺,阐述了多楔带轮旋压成形工序、各工序零件尺寸以及配套的旋压模具的设计,仅供参考。
As an important part of mechanical transmission,multi-wedge pulley is widely used in mechanical transmission,especially in the automotive industry.The traditional multi-wedge pulley is usually made by casting and forging,and then machined.It has low production efficiency,wastes material,and has heavy weight,so it needs dynamic balance.SPHE and 08AL steel plate are used to make multi-wedge pulley by spinning process,which is finished by automatic blanking,drawing,shaping,spinning,punching,machining and other processes,high production efficiency,low cost,light weight,and dynamic balance is very small,so no need to do dynamic balance,the advantage is significant.The research team introduced two kinds of spinning processes of multi-wedge pulley,and elaborated the spinning forming process of multi-wedge pulley,the size of parts in each process and the design of supporting spinning die,which is only for reference.
