摘要
在岗课赛证、产教融合的新形势下,课题组基于“1+X”证书制度的试点和推广,以“工业机器人应用编程”课程为例,通过师资培养提升教师技能,依托岗位需求创设沉浸式教学情境,以赛促教助推学生技能提升,把握新技术、新工艺的发展。力求打造学习即上岗的精品课程案例,探索一种人才培养与教学改革的新模式。
Under the new situation of post course competition certificate and integration of production and teaching,the research group,based on the pilot and promotion of the“1+X”certificate system,took the“Industrial Robot Application Programming”course as an example,improved teachers’skills through teacher training,created an immersive teaching situation based on the needs of the post,promoted students’skills through competition,and grasped the development of new technologies and processes.Strive to create a high-quality course case that learning is on duty,and explore a new mode of talent training and teaching reform.
