摘要
为了更好地适应冰期水文测验全过程、全要素、全自动的高标准新要求,达到安全监测、减轻工作强度和实时高频次监测的目标,本文提出了基于视频识别的自动冰情监测系统研究,系统可以通过软件识别河流冰情视频图像,采用边缘计算和人工智能技术建立应用模型,使监测系统具有自我学习和自我增强的能力,提高了监测结果的精度,实现河流冰情的实时自动监测、预警等功能,为防汛决策提供技术支撑和保障。
In order to better meet the new high standards of the whole process,all elements and automatic hydrological testing in ice age,and achieve the goals of safety monitoring,reducing work intensity and real-time high-frequency monitoring,this paper proposes an automatic ice monitoring system based on video recognition.The system can recognize the video images of river ice conditions by software,and use edge computing and artificial intelligence technology to establish the application model.The monitoring system has the ability of self-learning and self-enhancement,which improves the accuracy of monitoring results,realizes real-time automatic monitoring and early warning of river ice conditions,and provides technical support and guarantee for flood control decision-making.
